What to Expect
This hour is a space for us to slow down and work together with what’s present in your nervous system.
We may explore patterns that are contributing to dysregulation, practice ways to create more safety in the body, and talk through practical steps that support your healing between sessions.
If this is your first session:
Please complete the Client Reflection and Health History Form at least 48 hours before our meeting. This ensures I have time to review it before we begin.
Before We Meet
Please plan to join from a quiet space where you can speak comfortably and without interruption.
Please test your audio and internet connection ahead of time so we can use our time together fully.
If you need to reschedule, you can use the link in your confirmation email. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A Moment Before We Begin
If possible, give yourself a few quiet minutes before we start. A few slow breaths or a moment to settle can help your nervous system arrive more fully into the space.
